Most of our international guests arrive from New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, India, Singapore, Japan, China, South Korea and Germany. They land after a long flight, often at an odd hour, in a country where the cars drive on the other side of the road. The last thing they want is to work out the transport.
So they book it before they fly. The booking form works in any time zone, at any hour. You enter the airport, the flight number, your hotel or address on the Gold Coast or in Brisbane, and the number of people and bags. The form shows the fixed price before you pay. You pay online by card, and from that moment the transport is done.
The vehicle is private and door-to-door. It is booked for your party only. No shared shuttle, no other passengers and no hotel stops before yours.

Both Brisbane Airport and Gold Coast Airport receive international flights. The arrival process is the same at each. You go through immigration first, then collect your bags from the carousel, then pass through biosecurity, where officers check what you are bringing into Australia. Declare any food, plant or animal products on your arrival card. It takes a while on a full flight, and that is normal.
When you walk through the doors into the public arrivals hall, your driver is there holding a sign with your name on it. This is the meet and greet, and it is included in every airport booking. The driver takes your luggage, walks you to the vehicle and loads the bags. You are driven straight to your door.

WhatsApp works on airport Wi-Fi before you have an Australian SIM. The office is open 24/7, every day, and answers in English and Spanish. We will tell you exactly where the driver is standing.
The price in the booking form is in Australian dollars and it is fixed. It covers the vehicle, the driver, the meet and greet, flight monitoring and luggage help. You pay online by card through Stripe or PayPal when you book, so there is no cash to find at the airport and nothing to pay in the car. The driver does not handle payment at all.
Your card provider converts the amount to your own currency at its usual rate. The price does not change between booking and pickup.
Australia drives on the left. If you are from the United States, Canada or most of Europe and plan to hire a car later, many guests prefer to let a driver handle the first trip while they get used to it.
Queensland law requires every child under 7 to travel in an approved child restraint. Baby capsules, child seats and boosters are available on request when you book, so you do not have to bring your own across the world. Tell us each child's age and the driver fits the right seat.

It depends on the vehicle you choose. An SUV takes 2 to 4 large bags, the Carnival and V-Class take 4 large and 2 medium, the Staria takes 5 large and 3 medium, and the minibus takes 6 large and 3 medium. The booking form asks for the number of bags so the right vehicle is sent.
