We actively monitor all flight arrivals in real time to ensure punctual pickups. If your flight is delayed, we’ll adjust schedules or reassign your driver when possible.
Our standard waiting time includes

• 60 minutes complimentary for international flights
• 45 minutes complimentary for domestic flights

Additional waiting time is subject to availability and may incur a fee. While we often extend grace periods, these are not guaranteed unless confirmed in advance.

As a guide:

• SUVs: 3 – 4 large suitcases
• Prestige MPVs: Up to 6 pieces of luggage
• Elite MPVs: Up to 6 pieces of luggage, with the option to add a trailer for additional capacity

If your luggage fits within the standard requirements for your booked vehicle type, there is no additional charge.

If you have excess luggage and are travelling in a van or minibus, you can arrange a trailer at the time of booking for an additional $40.
