We only charge cancellation fees when bookings are cancelled inside the required cancellation notice period, including passenger no-shows. This is because the vehicle has been allocated to your booking and can no longer be assigned to another GEC Transfers passenger. Notice periods may vary depending on the location, vehicle, and event type.
You can book months in advance or on the day of travel, depending on availability. We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred vehicle and pickup time.

Each vehicle has a different luggage capacity. Please check our fleet section to find the vehicle that best suits your needs.
As a guide:
If your luggage fits within the standard capacity of your booked vehicle, there is no additional charge.
If you have excess luggage and require a trailer, a $40 trailer fee applies. Please add this when booking or contact us before your transfer so we can confirm availability.
Yes. We offer rear-facing child seats, forward-facing child seats, and booster seats for children up to 7 years old. Please select the correct seat in the Extras section when booking so we can prepare it for your transfer. A $15 fee applies per child seat or booster seat.

Lost property may be returned to you for a fee or collected from an agreed location on the Gold Coast. While every effort is made to recover lost items, GEC Transfers does not accept liability for lost or misplaced personal property.
