Book online in a few minutes with the Book now button: enter your pick-up, drop-off, date and time, choose your vehicle to see its fixed price, then add your contact details. For tours, groups or anything special, email info@gectransfers.au or call or WhatsApp +61 431 910 185 and we'll send you a quote.
We only charge cancellation fees when bookings are cancelled inside the required cancellation notice period, including passenger no-shows. This is because the vehicle has been allocated to your booking and can no longer be assigned to another GEC Transfers passenger. Notice periods may vary depending on the location, vehicle, and event type.
You can book months in advance or on the day of travel, depending on availability. We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred vehicle and pickup time.

GEC Transfers provides a personalised private transfer service with experienced drivers and well-maintained vehicles. We ensure the vehicle is clean and sanitised before each trip, helping you travel safely, comfortably, and on time. With GEC Transfers, your price is confirmed in advance, with no surge pricing.
Each vehicle has a different luggage capacity. Please check our fleet section to find the vehicle that best suits your needs.
As a guide:
If your luggage fits within the standard capacity of your booked vehicle, there is no additional charge.
If you have excess luggage and require a trailer, a $40 trailer fee applies. Please add this when booking or contact us before your transfer so we can confirm availability.
Yes. We offer rear-facing child seats, forward-facing child seats, and booster seats for children up to 7 years old. Please select the correct seat in the Extras section when booking so we can prepare it for your transfer. A $20 fee applies per child seat or booster seat on transfers. Child seats are complimentary on our 5 Elements Tours.
All children under 7 years old must travel in an age-appropriate restraint. A $20 fee applies per child seat or booster seat on transfers. Child seats are complimentary on our 5 Elements Tours.
Please contact the GEC Transfers customer service team as soon as possible at +61 431 910 185 with your booking details so we can contact the driver. Lost property may be returned to you for a fee or collected from an agreed location on the Gold Coast. While every effort is made to recover lost items, GEC Transfers does not accept liability for lost or misplaced personal property.

We recently used GEC Transfers to take us to and from the airport in their immaculately clean and comfortable van. Best decision we made. After a stressful holiday, it was such a relief to see Andres’ friendly face waiting for us at the airport. And after some maniacal driving by overseas taxis, it was such a relief to sit back and relax while Andres calmly and carefully drove us home. We had such a wonderful experience using this private driver service during our Queensland holiday! Andres, the owner, was absolutely delightful from the very first enquiry. He was responsive, communicated clearly and took the time to get to know us, sharing some great recommendations for local attractions.
